Terms

Last updated: July 2026

This is a plain-English starting draft written for this website preview — it hasn't been checked by a solicitor. Please have it reviewed before relying on it as your published terms.

Website projects

Website prices (Starter, Full, Full + Online Shop) are agreed as a fixed, one-off cost before work begins, based on what's discussed at our first chat. That price is for the build itself — it doesn't include a domain name or hosting, which are separate and belong to you.

Ownership

Once a website is paid for in full, it's yours. There's no ongoing fee to us to keep it live or keep it working.

Changes & revisions

Reasonable changes during the build — tweaking text, swapping a photo, adjusting layout — are part of the price. Bigger changes, or requests once the site is live, are quoted separately and agreed with you first.

Social media management

Social media plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel at any time — just let us know. Content is always sent to you for approval before it's posted.

Payment

Payment terms (including any deposit) are agreed individually for each project before work starts, and confirmed in writing.

What we ask of you

To keep things moving, we'll need timely replies, your logo and any content or photos you want included, and your OK at key stages before we go further.

Liability

We'll do our work carefully and professionally, but we can't guarantee specific results (like search rankings or sales) since those depend on many things outside our control. We're not liable for losses beyond the amount paid for the relevant project.
