What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form on this site, we collect whatever you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your message. That's the only information this website collects directly from you.

What we use it for

Simply to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the website or social media work agreed with you. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or pass on your details to third parties for marketing.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes in future (for example, adding visitor analytics), this policy will be updated and a cookie notice added.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and for our own basic business records afterwards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@gooledigital.co.uk and we'll sort it.
