One price per channel. No tiers, no confusing bundles — just a straightforward monthly fee.

£30 /month

For the first channel — Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business. Three-month minimum to get started, then month by month after that.

More than one channel?

Add extra channels for £5/month each. So Facebook + Instagram would be £35/month total.

What we need from you

We handle the heavy lifting — but we do need a few things from you to make sure the content actually looks and sounds like your business.

  • 📷 Photos of your products or business

A steady trickle of photos — new stock, behind the scenes, anything that shows what you do. Phone photos are absolutely fine. We’ll tell you what works best.

  • 💬 A quick monthly catch-up

Anything coming up worth posting about — new products, offers, events, seasonal stuff. Five minutes is usually enough. Can be a quick message rather than a call.

  • 👍 A quick approval each month

We’ll send you the posts before they go live. A quick thumbs up — or any changes you want — and we schedule them. You’re always in control of what goes out.

  • 🔑Access to your pages

We’ll need to be added as a page manager on your Facebook or Instagram. We’ll walk you through how to do that — it takes about two minutes.

Once you’re set up, the whole thing runs in the background. Here’s what happens each month.

What social media management won't do

We’d rather be upfront about this than have you start with the wrong expectations.

  • 📈 It won't transform your business overnight

Consistent social media builds presence and trust over time — it’s not a quick fix. The businesses that see the best results are the ones who stick with it for at least three to six months and give it a chance to gain momentum.

  • 💬 We don't manage comments or messages

Responding to customers who comment or message is still your job — you know your business far better than we do, and customers expect to hear from you, not a third party. We handle the content; you handle the conversation.

  • 👥 We post to your page — not into Facebook groups

Posts go out on your own Facebook page and Instagram feed. Sharing into local Facebook groups (like Goole Buy & Sell, community groups, and so on) is something you’ll need to do yourself — the tools we use don’t support group posting. It only takes a few seconds to share a post from your page into a group, and it’s often well worth doing.

  • 💰 This isn't paid advertising

We manage your organic posts — the regular content on your page. Paid ads (boosted posts, Facebook Ads) are a separate thing with their own budget. We can advise on whether that’s worth considering, but it’s not included in this service.

Things people usually ask

Why a three-month minimum?

Social media takes a little time to find its rhythm — the first month is getting set up and learning your business, the second is settling into a groove, the third is where it starts to feel natural. A three-month minimum means you give it a fair chance rather than judging it after four posts. After that, it’s month by month — no long contracts.

What if I want to post things myself too?

Absolutely fine — it’s your page. We provide a consistent base of content; you can add whatever you like on top. In fact, mixing our scheduled posts with your spontaneous ones often works really well.

Will it sound like me?

That’s the bit we put the most effort into. We spend time at the start understanding how your business communicates — the tone, the things you care about, the kind of language you use. It won’t sound like a corporate brand; it’ll sound like your shop.

Can I get this alongside a website?

Yes — and we’d recommend it. A website and active social media work really well together. We can manage both, and there’s a natural overlap in the content we create for each. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what makes sense for your business.

What if I want to cancel?

After the initial three months, you can cancel with a month’s notice. No penalties, no awkwardness. If it’s not working for you, we’d rather you told us than kept paying for something that isn’t delivering.
